In Prosegur we add Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to all the critical equipment of our customer’s facilities. Prosegur Security Operation Center (SOC) can monitor, process and analyze, in real time, that everything is working correctly. It measures the vibration of the engines, temperature conditions and other resources such as humidity, emissions into the atmosphere… All the data is monitored and, if any of it is outside the basic operating conditions, we generate an alarm for the plant maintenance operator to correct it. The result? The company can improve the efficiency of its business and even do a forensic analysis: why production was low this day, why was it caused, how the engines or turbines worked…  In addition, the system also allows predictive analysis. Based on previous experiences it allows to cross data and see which variables cause production or quality to fall. It is possible to anticipate multiple risk situations through our SOC.
