GenzAI: A Prosegur Platform to Boost Our Business with IoT and AI.
In 2019 we started at Prosegur to create a platform that was capable of managing cameras as IoT devices and processing video and data with Artificial Intelligence. We started down this path because we realized that in Prosegur’s Alarm and Security businesses, device and video management with IoT and AI would allow us to offer new services to our clients and automate tasks in our Control Centers. Right now, our GenzAI platform is a reality today in our business with the first products launched on the market based on this platform: GenzAI Business Continuity and GenzAI Home.
